To get the perfect pizza, its important you cook it at the perfect temperature. The Infrared Gun Thermometer helps you to ensure the pizza stone is at the desired temperature before you 'shoot' your pizza.

Ideally, the pizza stone should be between 350* - 400*C in order to cook the pizza quickly from the top and bottom. Not all wood is equal, some species burn hotter than others so ensure to try different wood species until you stone reaches the desired temperature. A good start is hardwood timber as opposed to softer timbers.

Simply point the gun (laser beam) at the stone and the temperature will show on the LCD screen.
